We’re seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (I&AM) Security Consulting Manager who is passionate about cybersecurity and can design and implement I&AM solutions that align with our clients’ business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and Accenture teams to design and implement I&AM solutions across various platforms such as Oracle, ForgeRock, Okta, SailPoint, and more.
- Build strong relationships with senior executives and managers to understand their business needs and create optimized I&AM architectures.
- Contribute to Accenture Security’s growth by providing thought leadership and using industry insights to develop best-in-class security solutions.
- Lead the development and deployment of secure, scalable, and sustainable I&AM systems.
- Identify risks, analyze clients’ security postures, and recommend solutions that enhance security across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If you hold an Associate’s degree, you need a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (I&AM), including design, architecture, and implementation of solutions.
- Proficiency with I&AM platforms such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, CyberArk, and Ping, with at least 5 years of experience working with these technologies.
- Deep understanding of access management, identity governance, and directory services.
- Expertise in configuring and implementing IAM solutions, including provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and single sign-on (SSO).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with C-level clients and delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP or CIAM.
- Familiarity with security areas like application security, infrastructure security, and data security.
- Knowledge of authentication methods, entitlement management, and advanced security protocols (e.g., OAuth, OpenID, JSON).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Accenture offers a competitive salary, with annual compensation ranging from $86,500 to $258,500, depending on location, skills, and experience.

- Colorado: $93,400 to $223,300
- District of Columbia: $99,500 to $237,800
- New York: $86,500 to $258,500
