Key Responsibilities:

  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Oversee daily production operations, including employee scheduling and issue resolution.
  • Maintain quality and legislative standards by enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
  • Enhance employee relations and manage performance through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage multiple priorities with excellent planning and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role with a proven track record of effective employee management and relationship-building.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attributes: Results-oriented, self-starter, and continuous learner with flexibility to work various shifts.
  • Education: Secondary School diploma or equivalent required.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Neepawa, MB. Reliable commute or willingness to relocate required.
  • Schedule: Day shift, with potential for overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Language: English required; French not necessary.
  • Visa Sponsorship: This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
