About the Role

Position: Fixed-Term (until September 2028)
Hours: Full-Time

The Natural Products BioHUB is a groundbreaking industry-academia initiative focused on accelerating the development of economically sustainable products derived from living organisms. Leveraging existing research capabilities and innovative business strategies, this project aims to streamline the journey from discovery to commercialization.

Key objectives include advancing algal biotechnology applications, enhancing natural product discovery, and addressing regulatory challenges to foster commercial viability. The BioHUB promotes green technology innovation and contributes to global sustainability goals.

This role operates at the interface of multiple disciplines, combining expertise in Consumer Psychology (School of Psychology) and Business Model Development (School of Management) to drive successful product commercialization. Tasks may involve employing choice-based experimental methods to analyze stakeholder decision-making and incorporating these insights into actionable business models. The role will be jointly managed by the School of Psychology and the School of Management.
