Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Key duties include preparing and serving a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, creating signature cocktails, managing bar inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently during peak service hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with proven experience in bartending, preferably within upscale hospitality environments. Candidates should demonstrate strong mixology skills, professional presentation, excellent communication abilities, and fluency in Italian. Knowledge of additional languages would be considered advantageous given the international nature of the clientele.
