  • Location: London, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, or Buckinghamshire
  • Contract: Permanent | 4-Day Working Week (Flexible Options Available)
  • Salary: Up to £50,000 basic with uncapped OTE

Role overview

Citygate is looking for an Accredited Master Technician to join its skilled technical team. The role involves delivering top-quality diagnostic and repair services in line with manufacturer requirements, mentoring apprentices, and contributing to continuous improvement within the workshop.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out scheduled vehicle servicing in accordance with manufacturer standards.
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle faults using modern diagnostic systems.
  • Conduct electronic visual health checks (eHVC) and produce detailed customer reports.
  • Work closely with customers and service advisors to provide clear communication and excellent service.
  • Ensure all maintenance work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training to keep up to date with EV technology and manufacturer updates.
  • Support process improvement and innovation within the business.
  • Provide mentoring and technical guidance to apprentice technicians.

About you

Applicants should have:

  • A Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification or equivalent.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • The ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to customers.
  • MOT Tester certification is desirable but not essential.
