We are looking for a full-time chef who is enthusiastic to join our team in the Miss Songs Asia-Fusion Modern restaurant who won an award at Townsville, Queensland. Your main responsibility is to ensure the highest production and food service standards are achieved and maintained through effective team work, planning, organizing, and dedication.

Requirements:

■ Minimum 2 years experience in Asia kitchen (preferred Chinese cuisine)

■ Minimum 2 years experience at Wok Station (Double Loop Handles Wok is profit)

■ Dim Sum Making Experience (Siu Mai, Buns, Hargow and Wontons)

■ Comprehensive understanding of Asian cuisine

■ Familiar with Modern Canton Cuisine is an advantage

■ Able to handle pressure in the kitchen environment quickly

■ Good work ethics and dedicated to serving good quality food

■ Willing to study, professional, and enthusiastic

■ Strong organizational skills

■ The ability to coordinate and work effectively and efficiently as part of the team

■ Working understanding, and the ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP

■ Excellent communication skills

■ Standard maintenance and high presentation

■ Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
