About organizations:

Clients maintain the equipment that owes customers and the company and provides damage services, the discovery of errors and preventive maintenance services and routine on the equipment. They work on various brands and equipment, provide variations and excitement in your role.

Task:

■ With the support of leading hands, monitors and make improvements and services for all allocated tasks.

■ Relating to the leading hand manager or workshop about the things needed for effective coordination of maintenance of equipment prevention & repair in the EPV workshop.

■ Immediately attend damage or high priority work.

■ Get the necessary approval before starting any work.

■ Involved with the EPV spare part department and is lucky to ensure that spare parts are quoted, purchased and allocated for assignments.

■ Managing all schedules & tasks that are allocated efficiently.

■ Related to and involved with external contractors as needed.

■ Test Run Plant and Equipment follows service or repairs.

■ Maintaining service and factory service and records.

■ Complete complete, routine inspection, service & repair, including ordering spare parts needed in consultation with the client department, hand manager and a leading workshop.

■ Helps quote, develop descriptions of detailed improvement and quality checks.

■ Make sure the correct work number is used and the time record is correct.

■ Give quality job notes and forecast to the forehead.

■ Report regular progress in each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with hand managers or prominent workshops. Reports on labor and excessive parts or deficiencies.

■ Work with an internship and semi-skilled staff for the appropriate technical skills role model.

■ Complete Timesheet every day ensures the maximum workforce recovery and minimum time is not productive.

■ The task process to complete ensure that labor, spare parts and notes are added when completing the work.

■ Professionally involved with customers to build durable & high quality relationships.

■ Professionally represent the EPV brand every time.

■ Maintain clean workspaces, well and safely presented, and comply with health and safety policies and procedures in the workplace.

■ Other tasks as directed

Qualification:

■ Certificate 3 in Cellular Factory Technology or Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology

■ Light Vehicle SIM (Manual Transmission)

■ Forklift License

■ High risk EWP / Scissor Lift Lift

■ Truck license

Experience:

■ Work as a trade resource in setting field services, mechanical workshops or service departments

■ Work on or with vehicles or factories & equipment in the high -risk sector / compliance

Skills:

■ Work independently and based on instructions

■ Good communication skills

■ Organized and able to meet the deadline

■ Can work efficiently and effectively

■ Showing a positive attitude and becoming an active team member

■ Needed physically and capable, mild / moderate appointment

Performance Objectives:

■ Complete the assigned task on time

■Dealing with clients, suppliers, and other employees professionally at any time

■ Make sure the work area & facilities are clean and neat at any time

The role of KPI:

■ Ave Waiting Time Repair

■ Margin at the level of work and workshop

■ Labor Restoration

■ Re -work / warranty

Note: KPI will be reviewed, agreed upon, and determined at 6 Monthly Bases.
