The Role: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
We are seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager who brings a passion for excellence, vibrant energy, and a commitment to flawless guest service. This leadership role requires a balance of hands-on operational management and strategic oversight to ensure the highest standards across our food and beverage outlets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Operations: Oversee daily service in assigned outlets while supporting additional areas such as restaurants, in-room dining, lounge, pool, and beach.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Engage with guests, resolve concerns, and elevate experiences through visibility, recognition, and authentic interactions.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate employees while upholding Four Seasons’ cultural and service standards.
- Quality & Innovation: Ensure excellence in food, beverage, and amenities while contributing to menu planning and guest programming.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, labor, scheduling, and cost control measures to achieve profitability and efficiency goals.
- Collaborate: Conduct pre-shift briefings, attend resort-wide meetings, and support strong interdepartmental communication.
- Flexibility: Tackle additional assignments and operational needs as required.
What You Bring
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States*
(*Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for an L-1 Visa transfer) - Hawaii State Department of Health certification: TB Clearance Card
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift 50 lbs, and manage physical demands of the role
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied schedules
- Prior leadership experience in a luxury hotel or high-end food and beverage environment strongly preferred
