The Role: Administration and Finance Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated Administration and Finance Coordinator to join our site leadership team. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administration and finance support to achieve our site’s targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Coordination: Lead the site administration team and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Recruitment Support: Manage site recruitment activities, including shortlisting, arranging interviews, and overseeing onboarding processes and documentation.
- Financial Management: Oversee site department budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Site Inductions & Contractor Control: Facilitate site inductions and manage contractor compliance.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate record-keeping, data collection, control, and secure storage.
- Communication Management: Handle visitor and phone communications effectively.
- PPE & Stock Control: Manage the allocation and procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other stock items.
- Policy Adherence: Promote and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
About You
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, operate under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Intermediate skills in the MS Office suite and experience with ERP or accounting software and/or time and attendance systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a resourceful, creative mindset to develop innovative solutions.
