Program Development: Designing and implementing programs and initiatives that address the needs of children, including education, health, and social services. 4. Team Leadership: Leading and managing staff and volunteers, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring that team members are effective and motivated. 5. Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with donors, community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance support and collaboration. 6. Monitoring and Evaluation: Establishing metrics for success and evaluating the effectiveness of programs and initiatives to ensure they meet their goals and impact the target population. 7.
