1. Overview, supervise and takeover installation works on behalf HAYAT Company at contractor activities for FLEXIBLE PACKNG FACTORY that include the complete installation and start-up of machinery and utility systems. 2. Commissioning and start-up activities with machines OEM of Extrusion line machines, Printing machines, Bag-Making machines, compounding machines, Slitter machines, Recycling Machines, Dosing and Feeding system, Material Handling Systems, INK Dispensing and Solvent Recycle systems. 3. Setting up and implementation of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) for all machines and available utilities such as chillers, Air Handling Units, compressors, hot oil boiler, machines UPS units, ATS panel, back-up generator and 110VDC system for MV cells. 4. Follow up the daily maintenance activities done by department members. 5. Provide support to the plant through an on-call system. 6. Design some software modification proposals that affect reducing machines downtime and product interruption. 7. Survey the highest priority machines spare parts and issue materials requisitions needed for department activities. 8. Prepare schedules and reports for the yearly energy consumption and cost budget, daily energy consumption, monthly estimated cost and follow these factors to achieve the highest efficiency. 9. Introduce some technical solutions to reduce HVAC energy consumption to reduce cost without affecting productivity. 10. Introduce new projects and modifications in every year CAPEX to enhance efficiency, productivity, safety, or monitoring and decrease machine downtime and cost 11. Monitor maintenance operational costs (OPEX) and apply effective solutions to keep them at minimum limits. 12. Provide and lead training plans for r on site engineers and technicians. 13. Assist with the same above responsibilities in NON-WOVEN FACTORY – REICOFIL 4S MACHINE SSMMS 4.6 and review the existing plans, procedures and objectives to achieve the highest performance and efficiency.
