Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Construction Engineer to oversee and manage construction site activities, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within the agreed budget and timeframe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant construction standards and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and verify on-site execution of works, ensuring that all construction activities meet approved specifications, safety guidelines, and contractual requirements.
• Approve project completion stages, including execution reports, invoicing, and partial handovers.
• Plan and coordinate each phase of project implementation, monitoring timelines, costs, and resource allocation.
• Design and develop architectural plans and construction models according to client or project requirements.
• Define project parameters such as budget, schedule, and construction methods.
• Prepare detailed building or site development plans based on technical and functional needs.
• Select and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Supervise finishing works, including waterproofing, insulation, and other final construction details.

Candidate Profile

• Professional experience in civil or architectural engineering.
• Strong understanding of building codes, design processes, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality assurance effectively.
• Prior experience with architectural planning or civil engineering projects is desirable.
