About the Role

Gebroeders Lehaen BV is looking for a motivated and skilled Baker/Pastry Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads and pastries while ensuring top quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake different types of bread.
  • Create and finish a range of pastries and cakes.
  • Accurately weigh and measure ingredients.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and finishing of products.
  • Support general bakery tasks as needed.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work bakery hours, including night shifts and weekends.

Requirements

  • Language: Dutch (minimum B1 – intermediate).
  • Education: Completed upper secondary education.
