Study Nurse (m/w/d)
Job Description
Help move clinical research forward. We’re looking for a hands-on team member to support clinical studies at our partner sites in Hamburg. You’ll work closely with investigators, carry out protocol-driven procedures, and keep documentation airtight. Hays will support you from application through your project work.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate on clinical studies at the site
- Support investigators and site teams day to day
- Perform protocol-specific procedures within your scope (e.g., vital signs, blood draws, administering study medication per protocol, instrumental measurement methods)
- Collect and document clinical data in subject files and CRF/eCRF
- Manage study documents and investigational product
- Prepare for and support monitoring visits and audits
What you bring
- Completed training in a medical assistant role (e.g., MFA, laboratory technician) or a relevant bachelor’s degree
- Study nurse qualification is a plus
- Ideally, experience working on clinical studies
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A structured, organized way of working
