The Role

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to support our engineering team on an exciting new project located approximately 90 minutes from Helsinki. This role is key to ensuring our electrical design and engineering solutions meet the highest standards for both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated project solutions, taking the lead in multi-disciplinary teams when required.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Support cost control by managing resources effectively and working within project budgets.
• Conduct site surveys, assess client requirements, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Prepare cost estimates and design electrical services that meet user needs, project deadlines, and budget limits.
• Develop tender documentation for electrical service contracts and assist with evaluating supplier bids.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and provide technical input where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, preparing risk assessments and method statements for construction activities.
• Stay up to date with changing legislation and company policies, actively contributing in team meetings and training sessions.
• Deliver a professional, high-quality service in line with Exyte’s quality assurance standards, contributing to continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within the data center sector.
• A valid driver’s license (Category B).
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, electrical power safety regulations, and project management practices.
• The ability to read engineering drawings, troubleshoot, and apply electromechanical expertise.
