Sales Manager – Next Store
37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday – 9:00am to 6:00pm

We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who lives and breathes great customer experiences. You’ll be the person who keeps the store running smoothly, hits targets and makes sure the whole team feels motivated and supported every single shift. We’ll invest in you from day one, and flexible working options are available where possible.
What the Role Looks Like Day-to-Day
You will work closely with the Store Management team, stepping in across every area of the store – from sales floor to stockroom and everything in between. When needed, you will take full responsibility for running the store.
Your focus will be on:
- Leading your team to deliver brilliant service while keeping stock accurate and processes slick
- Building a positive, high-energy atmosphere where people genuinely want to do their best
- Getting stuck in alongside the team on commercial and operational tasks
- Keeping communication clear, timely and focused on what the business needs right now
