Social Worker | Adult Social Care Hub
- Location: Bracknell Forest (Hybrid Options Available)
- Impact: Direct influence on independence, safety, and community dignity.
The Opportunity
Are you ready to be the first step toward meaningful change? Bracknell Forest Council is looking for a motivated Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care Hub. This is a high-energy, multidisciplinary environment where your professional judgment will directly shape how our residents access essential support.

- Expert Safeguarding: Lead complex inquiries and use your clinical judgment to manage risk while meeting legal responsibilities.
- Case Complexity: Handle a diverse and demanding caseload, balancing high standards of compliance with compassionate, person-centered care.
- Collaborative Triage: Work with health services and external agencies to ensure interventions happen at the right time and place.
- Community Connection: Assist individuals in building supportive networks, reducing long-term dependence on formal services.
The Ideal Candidate
We want a practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced setting and values teamwork.
- Experience: At least 2 years in a statutory social services setting, with Local Authority experience preferred. We also welcome applications from AYSE/NQSW candidates.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of current UK Social Care frameworks, legislation, and safeguarding protocols.
- Skills: Excellent prioritization, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
Why Join Bracknell Forest?
