What You will Be Doing

As our senior IT Support architect, you’ll take power of the day- to- day and strategic side of our IT operations. Your part will blend hands- on technical work with leadership and planning. also is a shot

Take charge of our core IT setup  including waitpersons, desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles, and network structure  to ensure responsibility, performance, and security.

Lead on installations, upgrades, and optimizations for software, networks, and telecom systems across the business.

Be the go- to expert for diving tricky helpdesk issues, stepping in to resolve escalations and guiding inferior team members.

Mentor and develop our Assistant IT Support architect, helping them make chops and confidence.

Manage pivotal processes like onboarding new joiners, offboarding leavers, outfit refreshes, and company-wide software rollouts.

Keep our backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans robust through regular testing and advancements.

Work nearly with external suppliers and mates to maintain indefectible support and service situations.

Support office relocations, moves, and changes by handling the IT and dispatches side of goods.

Step in to cover essential duties for our IT Systems innovator when demanded, helping maintain high service morals every day.

give clear, practical advice to associates and leadership on IT trends, tools, and swish practices.

You will also help maintain strong SLA performance for our IT helpdesk and ensure smooth integration of all kinds of bias and systems used across the association.

What We are Looking For

We are after someone with solid experience and the right mix of specialized know- style and people chops. Essential conditions include

• A honored IT qualification( or original) or at least 5 times in a senior/ hands- on IT support or engineering part.
• Strong technical chops across attack, software, networks, security, and troubleshooting with a track record of getting goods done well.
• Excellent communication  suitable to explain complex issues simply tonon-specialized associates and make strong connections at all situations.
• Sharp problem- working mindset logical, creative, and calm under pressure.
