In this position, you will manage a diverse set of cases, delivering essential social care to adults dealing with mental health and substance misuse. Your duties will involve looking into safeguarding matters, conducting required evaluations, arranging necessary services, and sharing your findings in panel meetings or legal settings. You’ll collaborate with other organizations, family members, and caregivers to create strong support systems that foster independence. Looking ahead, you.will have the chance to pursue training as an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) along with other vital certifications. With growing needs for our services, we’re always evolving and innovating, which means ample room for professional growth and fresh ideas.
We’re seeking Social Workers who:
- Hold a social work qualification and are registered with Social Work England (be sure to include your registration number in your application).
- Understand relevant laws and policies.
- Thrive when working on their own.
- Have hands-on experience in performing assessments that lead to solid, effective strategies.
This role features hybrid working options, blending time in the office, visits to clients’ homes, and remote work from your own space. You will need to show that you can handle the travel aspects of the job.
