Job Description

At Conduct, we’re developing an intelligent platform to revolutionize how large organizations manage their core IT systems. We focus first on the biggest challenge in enterprise technology: keeping complex, mission-critical applications — like SAP, which powers more than 90% of global commerce — running smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

In many of the world’s top companies, teams of skilled professionals and outside experts dedicate countless hours to deciphering custom-built code, troubleshooting problems, mapping out business processes, and preparing updates. This ongoing effort often costs hundreds of millions annually, diverting resources from new ideas and growth opportunities.

That’s where Conduct makes a real difference. Our platform dives deep into enterprise software, analyzing everything from individual lines of code to full-system connections and behaviors. It thinks and reasons like a top expert but operates at massive speed and scale. Early adopters, including Daimler Truck, Rittal, and Heidelberg Materials, are already using it to speed up issue resolution, slash IT costs significantly, and complete major upgrades far ahead of schedule.

SAP is our entry point, but our vision goes further: creating systems that monitor themselves, fix issues automatically, and improve over time across the entire technology stack. Ultimately, we want to shift Enterprise IT from a resource drain to a powerful engine for business progress.
We’re a focused team of around 20 talented individuals, led by founders with deep experience from Palantir’s engineering and product teams. We prioritize hiring people who are highly motivated, committed, and eager to create groundbreaking solutions in an environment that values intensity, accountability, and quick execution.

If you’re passionate about advancing intelligent systems for enterprises and ready for impactful work, Conduct could be the place to make a lasting mark.

Executive Assistant & Office Manager

In this role, you’ll serve as a key support for our leadership team while helping shape the day-to-day environment for everyone at Conduct. You’ll handle important tasks with trust and independence, balancing administrative duties, planning, communication, and team-building efforts. We need someone who acts quickly, thinks ahead, and consistently delivers high-quality results.

Your time will be divided between two main areas:

Supporting Our Leaders

You’ll partner closely with the CEO, CTO, and CPO, helping them stay focused on big-picture priorities by managing details and anticipating needs.

  • Manage complex calendars and travel arrangements for multiple founders
  • Arrange important internal and external meetings
  • Assist with scheduling for candidate interviews, hiring processes, and company events
  • Prepare and send communications on behalf of the founders, including messages to investors, applicants, and clients
  • Monitor emails as needed and handle initial responses
  • Oversee company expenses, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks
  • Coordinate founders’ involvement in industry conferences, talks, and external activities

Managing the Office and Team Experience

You’ll ensure our workspace and team dynamics support productivity, connection, and well-being as we grow.

  • Organize company-wide offsites twice a year
  • Plan team gatherings, traditions, and office events
  • Handle everyday office needs, such as meals, supplies, and wellness benefits
  • Maintain and upgrade the physical space to accommodate the expanding team
  • Build and refine practices that strengthen our culture, making Conduct a great place to work
  • Step in proactively on various tasks — from small fixes to improving processes like new hire onboarding – to keep things running smoothly

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an outstanding individual with strong judgment, emotional awareness, and the drive to match our fast-paced setting. You could have direct experience in similar roles or come from another operations-focused background where you’ve demonstrated speed, focus, and positive energy.

Ideal qualities include:

  • Prior roles as an executive assistant, office manager, or trusted operations partner in a dynamic company
  • Strong skills in detail-oriented tasks, schedule management, and coordinating with others
  • Comfort communicating professionally with high-level external contacts, including executives and investors
  • Clear, friendly, and professional writing style
  • Ability to thrive in uncertain situations, knowing when to decide independently or seek input
  • Proven ability to design meaningful team activities, from onboarding to events and traditions
  • Experience with office operations, vendor management, budgeting, and logistics
  • High initiative, energy, and problem-solving mindset  spotting and resolving issues early

Signs of Success in This Role

  • Leaders have more protected time to focus on strategic work
  • The office environment feels welcoming, organized, and supportive, even during peak times
  • People outside the company often note how smooth and professional interactions with Conduct are
  • Our culture remains strong and enjoyable as the team grows
  • Potential issues are addressed early, with new processes put in place to avoid repeats
  • You’re seen as a reliable go-to person who consistently delivers

This Role May Not Be a Fit If…

  • Your experience is mainly in large, structured organizations with heavy bureaucracy
  • You prefer clear, step-by-step guidance for every task
  • You’re not drawn to the unique challenges and energy of an early-stage startup
  • You want a highly predictable routine day to day

Life at Conduct

We’re a driven, trusting group with ambitious goals. Our culture mixes deep focus, direct feedback, and light-hearted moments – we’re committed to big results without taking ourselves too seriously. Collaboration happens quickly in our Fitzrovia office, where everyone takes full ownership while succeeding together.

We invest in growth, both as a team and individually, including company-wide sessions with renowned leadership coach Diana Chapman to foster awareness and effective communication.

Benefits

We aim to create an environment where everyone can thrive and do their best work, supporting health, fulfillment, and balance.

  • Competitive salary
  • Equity options through a tax-advantaged EMI plan
  • Comprehensive private health coverage, including dental and vision
  • Monthly allowance for personal wellness choices
  • Daily breakfast and dinner provided at the office
  • Top-quality snacks and drinks
  • Twice-yearly team offsites
  • Frequent social events
  • Access to coaching with Diana Chapman
  • Flexible time-off policy
  • Pension contribution optimization

We welcome applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship.
